The way out
‘Help,’ I said as my voice echoes in the dark. Every time I look around there is no way out.

I look right, left ,down, up but nothing...
‘I am brave,’ I say as I am shivering with fear. ‘I am strong,’ as I slowly crumble bit by bit. I am scared, but inside of me there is something pushing me back up.

On July 18th my plane crashed on a island, but it was not open it was curved in, sealing every bit of light.

It has been 10 days since I have been here hunting, tramping everywhere to find food...to find a way out. I am so hungry, thirsty, for not just food  but a way to escape this black hole.

As I turn left I slowly feel a dirty, lonely, watery drop sliding down my face, but I refused to give up. I don’t want to die I say to myself. I want to have memories, have a family, have a life!

Suddenly ‘Crrraasshhh!’ I see a wolf growling like mad running at top speed straight towards me. I ran as fast as my pale, veiny legs could take me.
Suddenly I see a light. Excited but scared I run to it, feeling like it was the sun, like I was flying to it. Then I stop, pausing, looking around - seeing if the wolf was still on my trail. But when I looked, there was nothing. It was gone..?

But the wolf is not gone forever, as it is still sniffing up my trail. I took off again, running up the long and steep way to the light. I was relieved but scared for I have escaped not just the wolf but the terrible hole...

2 days later! I was in the middle of nowhere. I was not sure which way to go, so instead I shouted at the top of my lungs. Suddenly a helicopter whooshed past me I wonder if they will see me?
